These Terms of Service govern your use of Kassia, a business management platform operated by Kassia GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Kassia provides invoicing, accounting, expense management, and reporting tools for Swiss businesses. Kassia is a tool — it does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial data and compliance with applicable laws.
You retain full ownership of all business data you create in Kassia. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON).
Subscriptions are billed monthly. There is no annual lock-in — you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period and may export your data for 30 days thereafter.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular backups, access controls, and audit logging. Data is hosted exclusively on Swiss infrastructure.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
